Back in the day, I had the honour of representing the Australian Women’s Soccer Team.
After three back-to-back career-ending injuries, everything changed.
This was when I found meditation.
Meditation has transformed my life in ways I never imagined.
Over the past eight years, I have practised, taught, and studied the power of meditation.
It still amazes me how such a simple practice can have such a grand effect on every dimension of our life.
The deeper I go on this journey, the more I feel called to share this path with others.

Each year I host an intimate meditation, movement, and yoga retreat designed to crack you open, realign you, and bring you back into deeper connection with yourself and community.
