Back in the day, I had the honour of representing the Australian Women’s Soccer Team.
After three back-to-back career-ending injuries, everything changed.
This was when I found meditation.
Meditation has transformed my life in ways I never imagined.
Over the past eight years, I have practised, taught, and studied the power of meditation.
It still amazes me how such a simple practice can shift our relationship with ourselves, with others, and with life itself.
The deeper I go on this journey, the more I feel called to share this path with others.

These free classes are an invitation to slow down wth intention, integrity and grace. To step out of urgency and into rest, to soften the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with the soothing quality of your breath.
These classes are open to all levels.
Create a practice that fits your constitution, your current phase of life and the rhythms of your day. Each session is a space to clear confusion and explore what supports your mind and nervous system. Learn how to self-regulate wherever you are in a way that feels natural and sustainable.
